14 On page 26, between lines 19 and 20,

16 insert:
17 Section 7. Paragraph (f) of subsection (8) of section
18 39.402, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 39.402 Placement in a shelter.--
20 (8)
21 (f) At the shelter hearing, the department shall
22 inform the court of:
23 1. Any identified current or previous case plans
24 negotiated in any district with the parents or caregivers
25 under this chapter and problems associated with compliance;
26 2. Any adjudication of the parents or caregivers of
27 delinquency;
28 3. Any past or current injunction for protection from
29 domestic violence; and
30 4. All of the child's places of residence during the
31 prior 12 months.
