15 On page 1, between lines 18 and 19,

17 insert:
18 Section 1. Subsection (6) of section 563.06, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 563.06 Malt beverages; imprint on individual
21 container; size of containers; exemptions.--
22 (6) All malt beverages packaged in individual
23 containers sold or offered for sale by vendors at retail in
24 this state shall be in individual containers containing no
25 more than only 8, 12, 16, or 32 ounces of such malt beverages;
26 provided, however, that nothing contained in this section
27 shall affect malt beverages packaged in bulk or in kegs or in
28 barrels or in any individual container containing 1 gallon or
29 more of such malt beverage regardless of individual container
30 type.
