17 Section 1. Pursuant to the requirement of section
18 240.209(3)(c), Florida Statutes, the Board of Regents is
19 authorized to establish a program leading to a Master of
20 Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Florida
21 International University.
22 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
23 law.
