11  Senator Cowin moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 16, lines 1-17, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (1)  Each school district and the state or local

18  governmental entity having jurisdiction shall jointly develop

19  a priority list of hazardous-walking-conditions projects that

20  have been identified and have not yet been corrected. Each

21  school district shall use this part of the plan to monitor

22  school transportation safety. The plan must include the

23  following for the hazardous walking conditions determined

24  under the provisions of section 234.021, Florida Statutes:

25         (a)  The number of hazardous walking conditions which

26  have been identified and have not been corrected by the state

27  or local governmental entity having jurisdiction within 5

28  years after identification of the hazard and a fiscal impact

29  of the cost to correct each hazard; and

30         (b)  For each hazardous walking condition that has been

31  identified and has not been corrected, a statement of the
