  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of

  3         Agriculture and Consumer Services; declaring

  4         legislative intent to enact legislation

  5         implementing budget cuts in the department;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation implementing budget cuts in the Department of

12  Agriculture and Consumer Services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
