14 On page 14, between lines 22 and 23, delete

16 and insert:
17 Section 12. Section 166.0415, F.S., is created to
18 read:
19 166.0415 Affordable Housing--
20 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a
21 municipality may adopt and maintain in effect any law,
22 ordinance, rule, or other measure that is adopted for the
23 purpose of increasing the supply of affordable housing using
24 land use mechanisms such as inclusionary housing ordinances.
25 Section 13. Section 125.0105, F.S., is created to
26 read:
27 125.0105 Affordable Housing--
28 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a county
29 may adopt and maintain in effect any law, ordinance, rule, or
30 other measure that is adopted for the purpose of increasing
31 the supply of affordable housing using land use mechanisms
