11  Senator Mitchell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14          Delete everything after the enacting clause
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 1.  Paragraph (c) of subsection (6) of section
18  193.461, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19         193.461  Agricultural lands; classification and
20  assessment; mandated eradication or quarantine program.--
21         (6)
22         (c)  For purposes of the income methodology approach to
23  assessment of property used for agricultural purposes, the
24  following systems or structures irrigation systems, including
25  pumps and motors, physically attached to the land shall be
26  considered a part of the average yields per acre and shall
27  have no separately assessable contributory value:.
28         1.  Irrigation systems, including pumps and motors.
29         2.  Litter-containment structures located on producing
30  poultry farms.
31         3.  Animal-waste-nutrient-containment structures

 9  and insert:
10                      A bill to be entitled
11         An act relating to assessment of agricultural
12         property; amending s. 193.461, F.S.; providing
13         that, for purposes of the income methodology
14         approach to such assessment, certain irrigation
15         systems, litter-containment structures, and
16         animal-waste-nutrient-containment structures
17         shall be considered a part of the average
18         yields per acre and have no separately
19         assessable contributory value; providing an
20         effective date.
