11 Senator Peaden moved the following amendment:

13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 34, between lines 28 and 29,

16 insert:
17 Section 18. Paragraph (c) of subsection (14) of
18 section 120.80, Florida Statutes, is added to read:
19 120.80 Exceptions and special requirements;
20 agencies.--
21 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.--
22 (c) Proceedings for administrative child support
23 orders.--Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 120.569 or s.
24 120.57 to the contrary, in proceedings for the establishment
25 of administrative support orders pursuant to s. 409.2563,
26 final orders in cases referred by the Department of Revenue to
27 the Division of Administrative Hearings shall be entered by
28 the division's administrative law judge and transmitted to the
29 Department of Revenue for filing and indexing. The Department
30 of Revenue has the right to seek judicial review of a final
31 order entered by an administrative law judge. Administrative

1 support orders rendered pursuant to s. 409.2563 may be
2 enforced pursuant to s. 120.69 or, alternatively, by any
3 method prescribed by law for the enforcement of judicial
4 support orders, except contempt.
