14 On page 175, between lines 27, and 28,

16 insert:
17 Section 178. Section 737.208, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 737.208 Administration Pending Outcome of Contest or
20 Other Proceeding--
21 (1) Pending the outcome of a proceeding filed to
22 determine the validity of all or part of a trust or the
23 beneficiaries of all or part of a trust, the trustee shall
24 proceed with the administration of the trust as if no
25 proceeding had been commenced, except that no distribution may
26 be made to a beneficiary in contravention of the rights of
27 those persons that may be affected by the outcome of the
28 proceeding.
29 (2) Upon motion of a party and after notice to
30 interested persons, a court may, upon good cause shown, make
31 an exception to the prohibition under subsection (1) and

1 authorize the trustee to distribute trust assets to a
2 beneficiary subject to any conditions the court, in its
3 discretion, may impose, including the posting of bond by the
4 beneficiary.
