18 (e) When a petition for a declaratory statement as to
19 the adoption contract is filed prior to the commencement of
20 proceedings to terminate parental rights, it must be filed in
21 accordance with the venue requirements for the filing of the
22 petition terminating parental rights under s. 63.087. Pursuant
23 to s. 63.087, a previously filed petition for a declaratory
24 statement filed under this section must be consolidated with a
25 related subsequently filed petition for termination of
26 parental rights. If the petition for declaratory statement is
27 filed after the judgment terminating parental rights has been
28 entered, the action for declaratory statement must be
29 consolidated with any related petition for adoption. Only one
30 filing fee may be assessed for
