14 On page 78, remove from the bill lines 21-23 and

16 insert: When a petition for a declaratory statement as to the
17 adoption contract is filed prior to the commencement of
18 proceedings to terminate parental rights, it must be filed in
19 accordance with the venue requirements for the filing of the
20 petition terminating parental rights under s. 63.087. Pursuant
21 to s. 63.087, a previously filed petition for a declaratory
22 statement filed under this section must be consolidated with a
23 related subsequently filed petition for termination of
24 parental rights. If the petition for declaratory statement is
25 filed after the judgement terminating parental rights has been
26 entered, the action for declaratory statement must be
27 consolidated with any related petition for adoption. Only one
28 filing fee may be assessed for
