  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Public Service

  3         Commission; declaring legislative intent to

  4         enact legislation relating to the commission;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to the Public Service Commission.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
