16 insert: Funds expended under this paragraph may not be used
17 for religious or sectarian purposes. To provide after-school
18 care programs under this paragraph, a community-based
19 organization or a faith-based organization must be a nonprofit
20 organization that holds a current exemption from federal
21 taxation under s. 501(c)(3) or (4) of the Internal Revenue
22 Code or must be a religious organization that is not required
23 to apply for recognition of its exemption from federal
24 taxation under s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
