14 On page 167, between lines 23 and 24, of the bill

16 insert:
17 Section 49. In order to facilitate urban infill and
18 redevelopment, no local government shall adopt an ordinance or
19 land development regulation which restricts the height of
20 buildings within the local government's jurisdiction to less
21 than 120 feet or the height of the highest building within the
22 local government's jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
