18 (2) MEDICAL TREATMENT; DUTY OF EMPLOYER TO FURNISH.--
19 (f) Upon the written request of the employee, the
20 carrier shall give the employee the opportunity for one change
21 of physician during the course of treatment for any one
22 accident. The employee shall be entitled to select another
23 physician from among not fewer than three carrier-authorized
24 physicians who are not professionally affiliated.

4 Florida Statutes, are amended, and paragraph (f) is added to
5 subsection (2) of said section, to read:
