13 Amendment to Amendment (613059) (with title amendment)
14 On page 157, between lines 10 and 11, of the amendment
15
16 insert:
17 (7)(a) An individual who has submitted an application
18 and holds a certificate, registration or license as an athlete
19 agent in another state may submit a copy of the application
20 and certificate, registration or license from the other state
21 in lieu of submitting an application in the form prescribed
22 pursuant to this section. The department shall accept the
23 application and the certificate from the other state as an
24 application for registration in this state if the application
25 in the other state:
26 1. Was submitted in the other state within 6 months
27 next preceding the submission of the application in this state
28 and the applicant certifies that the information contained in
29 the application is current;
30 2. Contains information substantially similar to or
31 more comprehensive than that required in an application
