17 Section 37. A new subsection (4) is added to section
18 475.01, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 475.01 Definitions.--
20 (4) A broker acting as a trustee or in a fiduciary
21 capacity is subject to the provisions of this chapter.

28 before the word "amending" insert:
29 amending s. 475.01, F.S.; clarifying that
