17 Section 6. Section 960.0025, Florida Statutes, is
18 amended to read:
19 960.0025 Deposit Allocation of certain funds from
20 restitution or other court-ordered payments.--
21 Effective April 17, 1993, t The Department of
22 Corrections shall, if it is unable to locate the person or
23 organization designated by the court to receive the payment of
24 restitution or other court-ordered payment, or if the
25 designated payee refuses to accept the payment, direct that
26 such funds collected from offenders be deposited into the
27 Department of Corrections' Operating Trust Fund to be
28 appropriated by the Legislature to fund victim's assistance
29 programs allocated to a direct-support organization, as such
30 organizations are authorized and described in s. 960.002.
