11 The Committee on Transportation recommended the following
12 amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 Delete everything after the enacting clause

17 and insert:
18 Section 1. (1) That portion of I-275 which begins at
19 the Pinellas County end of the Howard Franklin Bridge and,
20 proceeding south, ends at the beginning of the Sunshine Skyway
21 Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg Parkway."
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating the "St. Petersburg
24 Parkway" as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 2. "George Crady Bridge" designation;
26 markers.--
27 (1) The old Nassau Sound Bridge (bridge number 750055)
28 on State Road 105 in Nassau and Duval Counties is hereby
29 redesignated as the "George Crady Bridge."
30 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
31 erect suitable markers designating the "George Crady Bridge"

2 Section 3. "Doyle Parker Memorial Highway"
3 designation; markers.--
4 (1) U.S. Highway 17 from Wauchula to Bowling Green is
5 hereby designated as the "Doyle Parker Memorial Highway."
6 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
7 erect suitable markers designating the "Doyle Parker Memorial
8 Highway" as described in subsection (1).
9 Section 4. "Toni Jennings Boulevard" designated;
10 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
11 (1) That portion of Semoran Boulevard in the City of
12 Orlando in Orange County beginning at the Bee Line Expressway
13 (State Road 528) on the South to Curry Ford Road on the North
14 is hereby designated as "Toni Jennings Boulevard."
15 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating "Toni Jennings Boulevard"
17 as described in subsection (1).
18 Section 5. "Enrique Valledor Way" designated;
19 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
20 (1) That portion of 22nd Street from 16th Avenue to
21 14th Avenue in the City of Miami in Miami-Dade County is
22 hereby designated as "Enrique Valledor Way."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating "Enrique Valledor Way" as
25 described in subsection (1).
26 Section 6. "Steven Cranman Boulevard" and "Ethel
27 Beckford Boulevard" designated; Department of Transportation
28 to erect suitable markers.--
29 (1) That portion of U.S. 1, between S.W. 136th Street
30 and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
31 designated as Steven Cranman Boulevard. The Department of

1 Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers
2 designating "Steven Cranman Boulevard" as described in this
3 subsection.
4 (2) That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S. 1
5 and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby
6 designated as "Ethel Beckford Boulevard." The Department of
7 Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers
8 designating Ethel Beckford Boulevard as described in this
9 subsection.
10 Section 7. "Correctional Officers Memorial Highway
11 designated."--
12 (1) That portion of State Road 16 from the
13 northwestern Starke City limits in Bradford County to State
14 Road 121 in Union County is hereby designated as the
15 "Correctional Officers Memorial Highway."
16 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
17 erect suitable markers designating the "Correctional Officers
18 Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).
19 Section 8. "Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge"
20 designation; markers;--
21 (1) The New U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the city of
22 Moore Haven in Glades County is hereby designated as the
23 "Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge."
24 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating the "Mamie Langdale
26 Memorial Bridge" as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 9. "Borinquen Boulevard" designated;
28 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
29 (1) That portion of North 36th Street, State Road 25,
30 between Biscayne Boulevard to North West 7th Avenue is hereby
31 designated as Borinquen Boulevard in honor the the Puerto

1 Rican Community of Miami-Dade County.
2 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
3 erect suitable markers designating Borinquen Boulevard as
4 described in this section.
5 Section 10. (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 from
6 Crescent City south to the Putnam/Volusia County boundary is
7 hereby designated the "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."
8 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
9 erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams
10 Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).
11 Section 11. "Phicol Williams Boulevard" designated;
12 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
13 (1) That portion of State Road 5 (U.S. 1) between S.W.
14 312th Street and S.W. 328th Street in Miami-Dade County is
15 hereby designated as Phicol Williams Boulevard.
16 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
17 erect suitable markers designating Phicol Williams Boulevard
18 as described in subsection (1).
19 Section 12. Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard
20 designation; markers.--
21 (1) State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street in Miami-Dade
22 County, from the west boundary of State House District 108
23 approaching U.S. 1, is hereby designated as "Jean-Jacques
24 Dessalines Boulevard."
25 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
26 erect suitable markers designating the "Jean-Jacques
27 Dessalines Boulevard" as described in subsection (1).
28 Section 13. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
29 law.
