  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to a road designation;

  3         designating a portion of I-275 in Pinellas

  4         County as the "St. Petersburg Parkway";

  5         directing the Department of Transportation to

  6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  (1)  That portion of I-275 which begins at

12  the Pinellas County end of the Howard Franklin Bridge and,

13  proceeding south, ends at the beginning of the Sunshine Skyway

14  Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg Parkway."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating the "St. Petersburg

17  Parkway" as described in subsection (1).

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
