14 Substitute Amendment for Amendment (114781)
15 On page 3, lines 3 through 13,
16 remove from the bill: all of said lines
17
18 and insert in lieu thereof:
19 contributions to children from families that meet the
20 income eligibility guidelines for free and reduced price lunch
21 meals pursuant to the National School Lunch Act for:
22 1. Any expenses, including but not limited to tuition,
23 textbook, and transportation expenses, at an eligible
24 nonpublic school;
25 2. Instructional expenses for participation in a home
26 education program as defined in s. 232.0201; or
27 3. Transportation expenses to a Florida public school
28 that is located outside of the district in which the student
29 resides.
30 (b) The amount of a scholarship provided to any child
31 for any single school year provided by all eligible nonprofit
