17 Section 2. The appointment of the executive director
18 of the State Board of Administration shall be subject to the
19 approval by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees of the
20 State Board of Administration and the Governor must vote on
21 the prevailing side. Such appointment must be reaffirmed in
22 the same manner by the Board of Trustees on an annual basis.
