17 (5) A trust company incorporated under the laws of
18 this state, a state banking corporation or state savings
19 association authorized and qualified to exercise fiduciary
20 powers in this state, or a national banking association or
21 federal savings and loan association authorized and qualified
22 to exercise fiduciary powers in this state, may, but shall not
23 be required to, register as a professional guardian under this
24 subsection.
