  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to growth management;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to amend ch.

  4         163 and 380, F.S.; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

  9  amend chapters 163 and 380, Florida Statutes, relating to

10  growth management and the developments-of-regional-impact

11  program.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
