14 On page 3, between lines 6 and 7, of the bill

16 insert: (4) The prohibition against civil actions granted
17 firearms manufacturers, distributors, or dealers by this act
18 shall apply only to a firearms manufacturer, distributor, or
19 dealer that within one year of the effective date of this act
20 develops firearms with child resistant triggers.
