13 290.048, Florida Statutes, to read:
14 290.048 General powers of Department of Community
15 Affairs under ss. 290.0401-290.049.--The department has all
16 the powers necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes
17 and provisions of the program, including the power to:
18 (7) Establish an advisory committee of no more than 13
19 members to solicit participation in designing, administering,
20 and evaluating the program and in linking the program with
21 other housing and community development resources.
