13         Technical Amendment 
14         On page 1, line 2, after the semicolon

16  insert:  amending s. 812.012, F.S.; defining "cargo";
17         On page 3, line 18, after the first semicolon

19  insert:  amending s. 550.6305, F.S.; conforming a cross
20  reference to changes made by the act;
21         and on page 43, between lines 23 and 24,

23  insert:  
24         Section 18.  Subsection (10) of section 550.6305,
25  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
26         550.6305  Intertrack wagering; guest track payments;
27  accounting rules.--
28         (10)  All races or games conducted at a permitholder's
29  facility, all broadcasts of such races or games, and all
30  broadcast rights relating thereto are owned by the
31  permitholder at whose facility such races or games are

HOUSE AMENDMENT hbd-22 Bill No. HB 531, 1st Eng. Amendment No. ___ (TECHNICAL AMENDMENT) 1 conducted and constitute the permitholder's property as 2 defined in s. 812.012(5)(3).
