  2         An act relating to trust funds; re-creating the

  3         Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy Trust Fund

  4         within the Department of Management Services

  5         without modification; carrying forward current

  6         balances and continuing current sources and

  7         uses thereof; providing an effective date.

  9         WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of

10  the Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy Trust Fund within the

11  Department of Management Services, and

12         WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the trust fund

13  and has found that it continues to meet an important public

14  purpose, and

15         WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public

16  policy concerning the trust fund sets adequate parameters for

17  its use, NOW, THEREFORE,

19  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

20

21         Section 1.  (1)  The Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy

22  Trust Fund within the Department of Management Services, FLAIR

23  number 72-2-583, is re-created.

24         (2)  All current balances of the trust fund are carried

25  forward, and all current sources and uses of the trust fund

26  are continued.

27         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

28  law.
