24 remove: all of said lines

26 and insert in lieu thereof:
27 2000 regular session and prior thereto and not
28 included in the Florida Statutes 2001 are
29 repealed; providing that general laws enacted
30 during the January 2000 Special Session, the
31 2000 Regular Session, and the 2001 Regular
