  9         442.021, 442.022, 442.023, 442.101, 442.102,

10         442.103, 442.104, 442.105, 442.106, 442.107,

11         442.108, 442.109, 442.111, 442.112, 442.113,

12         442.115, 442.116, 442.118, 442.1185, 442.119,

13         442.121, 442.123, 442.125, 442.126, 442.127,

14         442.20, 442.21, 570.205(3), and 713.5955, F.S.,

15         pursuant to s. 11.242, F.S.; all of which

16         provisions have become inoperative by

17         noncurrent repeal or expiration and, pursuant

18         to s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i), may be omitted from

19         the Florida Statutes 2001 only through a

20         reviser's bill duly enacted by the Legislature;

21         repealing s. 290.009(2)(c), F.S., to conform to

22         the repeal of s. 290.0075, F.S.; repealing s.

23         448.24(2)(d), F.S., to conform to the repeal of

24         chapter 442, F.S.

26  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

27

28         Section 1.  Subsection (3) of section 17.43, Florida

29  Statutes, is repealed.

  1         Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which

  2         relates to termination of the Comptroller's

  3         Federal Equitable Sharing Trust Fund, effective

  4         July 1, 2002, was expressly repealed by s. 2,

  5         ch. 99-84, Laws of Florida, effective November

  6         4, 2000. Since the subsection was not repealed

  7         by a "current session" of the Legislature, it

  8         may be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2001

  9         only through a reviser's bill duly enacted by

10         the Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

12         Section 2.  Subsection (3) of section 20.2553, Florida

13  Statutes, is repealed.

15         Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which

16         relates to termination of the Federal Law

17         Enforcement Trust Fund within the Department of

18         Environmental Protection, effective July 1,

19         2002, was expressly repealed by s. 2, ch.

20         99-109, Laws of Florida, effective November 4,

21         2000. Since the subsection was not repealed by

22         a "current session" of the Legislature, it may

23         be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2001 only

24         through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the

  3         2000. Since the section was not repealed by a

  4         "current session" of the Legislature, it may be

  5         omitted from the Florida Statutes 2001 only

  6         through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the

  7         Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

  9         Section 4.  Section 240.3835, Florida Statutes, is

10  repealed.

12         Reviser's note.--The cited section, which

13         relates to the Community College Capital

14         Facilities Matching Trust Fund, was expressly

15         repealed by s. 13, ch. 99-243, Laws of Florida,

16         effective July 1, 2000. Since the section was

17         not repealed by a "current session" of the

18         Legislature, it may be omitted from the Florida

19         Statutes 2001 only through a reviser's bill

20         duly enacted by the Legislature. See s.

21         11.242(5)(b) and (i).

23         Section 5.  Section 240.408, Florida Statutes, is

24  repealed.

27         relates to the Challenger Astronauts Memorial

28         Undergraduate Scholarship Trust Fund, was

29         expressly repealed by s. 15, ch. 99-243, Laws

30         of Florida, effective July 1, 2000. Since the

10         relates to the enterprise zone linked deposit

11         program, expired pursuant to its own terms,

12         effective June 30, 2000.

14         Section 7.  Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section

15  290.009, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

17         Reviser's note.--The cited paragraph relates to

18         the provision of assistance in the selection

19         for participation in the enterprise zone linked

20         deposit program pursuant to s. 290.0075.

21         Section 290.0075, which authorized the program,

22         expired pursuant to s. 29, ch. 94-136, Laws of

23         Florida, effective June 30, 2000.

25         Section 8.  Subsection (3) of section 403.8533, Florida

26  Statutes, is repealed.

19         Occupational Safety and Health Act, was

  9  Statutes, is repealed.
