23         On page 3, lines 1-11, delete those lines

25  and insert:
26         WHEREAS, the parties have reached an agreement whereby
27  the Palm Beach County Health Care District will pay a total of
28  $500,000 to resolve this claim, and
29         WHEREAS, pursuant to the agreement and in accordance
30  with the limits set forth in section 768.28, Florida Statutes,
31  the Palm Beach County Health Care District has paid James
