23  commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided
24  in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
25         Section 68.  Section 484.015, Florida Statutes, is
26  amended to read:
27         484.015  Authority to inspect.--Duly authorized agents
28  and employees of the department shall have the power to
29  inspect in a lawful manner at all reasonable hours an any
30  establishment of any kind in the state in which lenses,
31  spectacles, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and any other optical
