14         On page 26, line 31,

16  insert:  
17         Section 20.  (1)  The Institute of Food and
18  Agricultural Sciences of the University of Florida shall
19  conduct a study, in conjunction with the Department of Health,
20  the University of South Florida Environmental and Occupational
21  Health Department, and wood product industry trade groups,
22  concerning the human health risks, if any, associated with the
23  use of wood products containing chromated copper arsenate
24  (CCA) in public playground equipment purchased with public
25  funds. Such study shall only examine wood products used in
26  public playground equipment, including soils adjacent to such
27  public playground equipment.
28         (2)  For purposes of this section, "playground
29  equipment" shall mean swings, slides, climbing equipment,
30  merry-go-rounds, seesaws, spring rockers, trampolines, and
31  other similar equipment, intended for use primarily by
