17 (f) Any agency proposing to enter into a lease for
18 office space in an area designated as a community
19 redevelopment area or an area that is part of the Front Porch
20 Florida Initiative may, with the prior approval of the
21 Department of Management Services, directly negotiate with a
22 building owner for leased space within such area without
23 meeting the competitive bid requirement of paragraph (a).
