16 insert:
17 Section 10. Subsection (6) is added to section 273.05,
18 Florida Statutes, to read:
19 273.05 Surplus property.--
20 (6) Cellular telephones that are classified as surplus
21 shall be donated to any not-for-profit agency that serves the
22 disabled community, the elderly, or victims of domestic
23 violence so that such telephones can be made available to
24 persons in one or more of those categories for the purpose of
25 making emergency "911" calls.
