  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to  efficient state government;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise the

  4         laws in order to promote efficiency state

  5         government; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  in order to promote efficiency in state government.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
