  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the interception of

  3         communications; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to allow courts to grant applications

  5         for the continuing interception of certain

  6         communications under specified circumstances;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to allow courts to

12  to grant applications for the continuing interception of

13  certain communications under specified circumstances.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
