14 On page 1, lines 15-24, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 1. Any information identifying or describing
18 the name, location, pharmaceutical cache, contents, capacity,
19 equipment, physical features, or capabilities of individual
20 medical facilities, storage facilities, or laboratories
21 established, maintained, or regulated by the Department of
22 Health as part of the state's plan to defend against an act of
23 terrorism as defined in s. 775.30 is exempt from the
24 requirements of section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes, and
25 Section 24(a), Article I of the State Constitution. The
26 certification by the Governor of the sufficiency of any
27 location, pharmaceutical cache, contents, capacity, equipment,
28 physical features, or capabilities of individual medical
29 facilities, storage facilities, or laboratories established,
30 maintained, or regulated by the Department of Health as part
31 of the state's plan to defend against an act of terrorism is a
