14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 1, between lines 30 & 31,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 2.  Subsection (7) is added to section 343.64,

19  Florida Statutes, to read:

20         343.64  Powers and duties.--

21         (7)  Notwithstanding any other provision to the

22  contrary, the authority may not act as the community

23  transportation coordinator for the transportation

24  disadvantaged program pursuant to part I of chapter 427, and

25  any past appointment of the authority shall be void effective

26  July 1, 2002.

27         Section 3.  Funding for the transportation

28  disadvantaged shall be provided for in line item 2102 of the

29  General Appropriations Act.

11         reference to funding for the transportation
