  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to taxation; providing that it

  3         is the intent of the Legislature to implement

  4         the provisions of SJR 938 or similar

  5         legislation; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  implement the provisions of SJR 938 or similar legislation.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
