  1                 A reviser's bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes;

  3         repealing s. 288.1066, F.S., to give effect to

  4         the repeal of that section in accordance with

  5         s. 119.05, F.S., the Open Government Sunset

  6         Review Act of 1995.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Section 288.1066, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

13         Reviser's note.--Repealed to give effect to the

14         repeal of an exemption in accordance with s.

15         119.15, the Open Government Sunset Review Act

16         of 1995.
