18 of a pharmacy licensed under chapter 465, Florida Statutes, a
19 finding of an overpayment or underpayment must be based on the
20 actual overpayment or underpayment and may not be a projection
21 based on the number of patients served having a similar
22 diagnosis or on the number of similar orders or refills for
23 similar drugs.
