  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Children

  3         and Family Services; declaring legislative

  4         intent to enact legislation relating to the

  5         department; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the Department of Children and

11  Family Services.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
