12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 15-17, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  lender that services the eligible student loan.

18  These payments are to be made for the benefit of the qualified

19  assistant state attorney, assistant public defender, or

20  assistant capital collateral counsel named in the certificate,

21  and for the purpose of satisfying the eligible student loan

22  obligation.
