  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to circuit courts; authorizing

  3         the chief judge of a circuit to restrict

  4         traffic and vehicle parking near a courthouse

  5         for security reasons; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The chief judge of any state judicial

11  circuit court may close roadways and vehicle parking within

12  100 feet of a courthouse for security reasons.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
