18 Section 6. Notwithstanding section 18 of CS/CS/SB
19 1360, 2002 Regular Section, section 197.1722, Florida
20 Statutes, as created by section 16 of that bill, shall not
21 take effect January 1, 2003, but shall take effect on the date
22 CS/CS/SB 1360, Regular Session, becomes a law and shall apply
23 retroactively to January 1, 2002.
