13         Amendment 

14         On page 2, line 10 of the bill, after the period

15

16  insert:  Where a mortgage, trust deed, security agreement, or

17  other evidence of indebtedness is subsequently filed or

18  recorded in Florida to evidence an indebtedness or obligation

19  upon which tax was paid pursuant to paragraph (1)(a) or (2)(a)

20  of this section, tax shall be paid on the mortgage, trust

21  deed, security agreement, or other evidence of indebtedness on

22  the amount of the indebtedness or obligation evidenced which

23  exceeds the aggregate amount upon which tax was previously

24  paid pursuant to this paragraph and paragraph (1)(a) or (2)(a)

25  of this section.
