  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public security; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to public security and the Division of

  5         Emergency Management of the Department of

  6         Community Affairs; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to public security and the Division of

12  Emergency Management of the Department of Community Affairs.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
