9 School of Business and Industry building at
10 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University
11 as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building";
12 designating the new allied health building at
13 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University
14 as the "Jacqueline B. Beck-Margaret W. Lewis
15 Allied Health Building"; designating the
16 architecture building at Florida Agricultural
17 and Mechanical University as the "Walter L.
18 Smith Architecture Building"; designating the
19 building which houses the University of Central
20 Florida Downtown Center as the "James and Annie
21 Ying Academic Center"; designating the
22 student/community educational facility for
23 health at Florida Gulf Coast University as the
24 "Kleist Health Education Center"; designating
25 the new gymnasium/athletics facility at Florida
26 Gulf Coast University as the "Alico Arena";
27 designating the new demonstration and education
28 model building to promote environmentally
29 sustainable living conditions at Florida Gulf
30 Coast University as the "WCI Green Building
31 Demonstration and Learning Center"; designating

1 the new foundation building to be erected on
2 the Palmer Campus of New College as the
3 "Keating Center"; designating the new nursing
4 building on the Boca Raton Campus of Florida
5 Atlantic University as the "Christine E. Lynn
6 Nursing Building"; designating the two
7 east-west roads on the north and south sides of
8 the esplanade leading to the John and Mable
9 Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota between
10 Bayshore Road and U.S. Highway 41 as the "John
11 McKay Boulevard of the Cultural Arts";
12 designating the proposed entrance pavilion for
13 the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art as
14 the "John McKay Center for the Arts"; requiring
15 the Department of Transportation to erect
16 markers; naming the education and research
17 center at the IFAS-University of Florida Center
18 in Fort Pierce as the "I. A. 'Mac' Mascioli
19 Education and Research Center"; authorizing the
20 respective universities to erect suitable
21 markers; providing an effective date.

23 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

25 Section 1. The renovated transplant housing unit at
26 the University of Florida's Shands Hospital is designated as
27 the "Gerold L. Schiebler/Shands Transplant Housing Complex."
28 Section 2. The School of Business and Industry
29 building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
30 designated as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."

2 Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as the
3 "Jacqueline B. Beck-Margaret W. Lewis Allied Health Building."

5 Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as the
6 "Walter L. Smith Architecture Building."
7 Section 5. The building which houses the University of
8 Central Florida Downtown Center is designated as the "James
9 and Annie Ying Academic Center."
10 Section 6. The student/community educational facility
11 for health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as
12 the "Kleist Health Education Center."
13 Section 7. The new gymnasium/athletics facility at

17 building to promote environmentally sustainable living
18 conditions at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as
19 the "WCI Green Building Demonstration and Learning Center."

22 "Keating Center."
23 Section 10. The new nursing building on the Boca Raton
24 Campus of Florida Atlantic University is designated as the
25 "Christine E. Lynn Nursing Building."
26 Section 11. The two east-west roads on the north and
27 south sides of the esplanade leading to the John and Mable
28 Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota between Bayshore Road and
29 U.S. Highway 41 are designated the "John McKay Boulevard of
30 the Cultural Arts."

1 Section 12. The proposed entrance pavilion for the
2 John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, when funded
3 and completed, shall be designated the "John McKay Center for
4 the Arts."
5 Section 13. The Department of Transportation is
6 directed to erect suitable markers bearing the designation
7 made by section 11 of this act, at least one to be placed on
8 U.S. Highway 41.
9 Section 14. The education and research center located
10 at the IFAS-University of Florida Center in Fort Pierce shall
11 be named the "I. A. 'Mac' Mascioli Education and Research
12 Center."
13 Section 15. The State of Florida Office Complex at
14 2295 Victoria Avenue in Fort Myers is hereby designated as the
15 "Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex." The Department of
16 Management Services is authorized to erect suitable markers
17 designating the Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex as
18 described in this section.
19 Section 16. The respective universities set forth in
20 this act are authorized to erect suitable markers for the
21 designations made by this act.
22 Section 17. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
23 law.
