10         all of which provisions have become inoperative

11         by noncurrent repeal or expiration and,

12         pursuant to s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i), may be

13         omitted from the Florida Statutes 2002 only

14         through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the

15         Legislature; repealing s. 206.9825(1)(c) and

16         (d), F.S., to conform to the repeal of s.

17         206.9825(1)(b), F.S.; amending s.

18         550.6305(9)(a), F.S., to conform to the repeal

19         of s. 550.615(11), F.S.; repealing s.

20         627.7013(1), F.S., to conform to the repeal of

25  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

27         Section 1.  Section 119.083, Florida Statutes, is

28  repealed.

  4         section was not repealed by a "current session"

  5         of the Legislature, it may be omitted from the

  6         Florida Statutes 2002 only through a reviser's

  7         bill duly enacted by the Legislature. See s.

10         Section 2.  Section 163.3244, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

13         Reviser's note.--The cited section, which

14         relates to a sustainable communities

15         demonstration project, expired pursuant to its

16         own terms, effective June 30, 2001.

18         Section 3.  Section 202.40, Florida Statutes, is

19  repealed.

21         Reviser's note.--The cited section, which

22         relates to an advisory committee to advise the

23         executive director of the Department of Revenue

24         during the period of implementation of the

25         Communications Services Tax Simplification Law,

26         was repealed by s. 58, ch. 2000-260, Laws of

27         Florida, effective June 30, 2001. Since the

28         section was not repealed by a "current session"

29         of the Legislature, it may be omitted from the

30         Florida Statutes 2002 only through a reviser's

  4         Section 4.  Sections 203.013, 203.60, 203.61, 203.62,

  5  and 203.63, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

  7         Reviser's note.--The cited sections, which

  8         relate to taxation of interstate and

  9         international telecommunications services, were

10         repealed by s. 43, ch. 2000-260, Laws of

11         Florida, effective October 1, 2001. Since the

12         sections were not repealed by a "current

13         session" of the Legislature, they may be

14         omitted from the Florida Statutes 2002 only

15         through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the

16         Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

18         Section 5.  Paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of subsection

19  (1) and subsection (2) of section 206.9825, Florida Statutes,

20  are repealed.

22         Reviser's note.--Paragraph (1)(b), which

23         provides an exemption from the aviation fuel

24         tax, expired pursuant to its own terms,

25         effective July 1, 2001. Paragraphs (1)(c) and

26         (d), which relate to the exemption in paragraph

27         (1)(b), have served their purpose. Subsection

28         (2), which relates to air carriers making a

29         specified election, expired pursuant to its own

30         terms, effective July 1, 2000.

  1         Section 6.  Paragraphs (hh) and (ii) of subsection (7)

  2  of section 212.08, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

  4         Reviser's note.--Paragraph (hh) relates to a

  5         sales tax exemption for sales or leases to

  6         citizen support organizations in support of

  7         state-funded environmental programs or the

  8         management of state-owned lands in accordance

  9         with s. 20.2551 or the support of state parks

10         in accordance with s. 258.015. Paragraph (ii)

11         relates to a sales tax exemption for admissions

12         to the Florida Folk Festival. Paragraphs (hh)

13         and (ii) were "repealed five years from their

14         effective date" by s. 4, ch. 96-395, Laws of

15         Florida. Chapter 96-395 became effective June

16         2, 1996. Since the paragraphs were not repealed

17         by a "current session" of the Legislature, they

18         may be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2002

19         only through a reviser's bill duly enacted by

20         the Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

22         Section 7.  Subsection (15) of section 259.032, Florida

23  Statutes, is repealed.

25         Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which

26         relates to moneys credited to the Conservation

27         and Recreation Lands Trust Fund for fiscal year

28         2000-2001 only, expired pursuant to its own

29         terms, effective July 1, 2001.

  1         Section 8.  Subsection (9) of section 403.7095, Florida

  2  Statutes, is repealed.

  9         Section 9.  Subsection (3) of section 409.9115, Florida

10  Statutes, is repealed.

13         relates to payments for the Medicaid

14         disproportionate share program for mental

15         health hospitals on a monthly basis for the

16         2000-2001 fiscal year only, expired pursuant to

17         its own terms, effective July 1, 2001.

19         Section 10.  Subsection (6) of section 409.9116,

20  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

22         Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which

23         relates to use of a specified formula for

24         distribution of funds for the disproportionate

25         share/financial assistance program for rural

26         hospitals for the 2000-2001 fiscal year only,

27         expired pursuant to its own terms, effective

28         July 1, 2001.

  7  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

13         terms, effective July 1, 2001.

15         Section 13.  Subsection (11) of section 550.615,

16  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

18         Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which

19         requires specified thoroughbred permitholders

20         to make available to guest permitholders

21         certain simulcast events, was repealed by s. 9,

22         ch. 98-190, Laws of Florida, effective July 1,

23         2001. Since the paragraph was not repealed by a

24         "current session" of the Legislature, it may be

25         omitted from the Florida Statutes 2002 only

26         through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the

27         Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

29         Section 14.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (9) of section

30  550.6305, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

  1         550.6305  Intertrack wagering; guest track payments;

  2  accounting rules.--

  3         (9)  A host track that has contracted with an

  4  out-of-state horse track to broadcast live races conducted at

  5  such out-of-state horse track pursuant to s. 550.3551(5) may

  6  broadcast such out-of-state races to any guest track and

  7  accept wagers thereon in the same manner as is provided in s.

  8  550.3551.

  9         (a)  For purposes of this section, "net proceeds" means

10  the amount of takeout remaining after the payment of state

11  taxes, purses required pursuant to s. 550.0951(3)(c)1., the

12  cost to the permitholder required to be paid to the

13  out-of-state horse track, and breeders' awards paid to the

14  Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' Association and the Florida

15  Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association, to be used as

16  set forth in s. 550.625(2)(a) and (b), and the deduction of

17  any amount retained pursuant to s. 550.615(11).

19         Reviser's note.--Amended to conform to the

20         repeal of s. 550.615(11) by s. 9, ch. 98-190,

21         Laws of Florida, effective July 1, 2001.

23         Section 15.  Section 627.7013, Florida Statutes, is

24  repealed.

26         Reviser's note.--Subsection (2), which relates

27         to completion of a moratorium on cancellation

28         or nonrenewal of personal lines residential

29         property insurance policies in force as of

30         specified dates, expired pursuant to its own

31         terms, effective June 1, 2001. Subsection (1)

  5         Section 16.  Section 627.7014, Florida Statutes, is

  6  repealed.

  8         Reviser's note.--Subsection (2), which relates

  9         to completion of a moratorium on cancellation

10         or nonrenewal of condominium association

11         residential property insurance policies in

12         force as of specified dates, expired pursuant

13         to its own terms, effective June 1, 2001.

14         Subsection (1) consists only of findings and

15         purpose for the moratorium completion covered

19  Statutes, is repealed.
